Our team is here to help you. If you have any questions or concerns about your Wellena supplement purchase, please email us at support@hormonesbalance.com.
SUPPLEMENT RETURNS:
We offer a 30-day, No-Questions-Asked refund policy on any unopened Wellena supplements. 
Opened Wellena supplements may also be returned, for store credit only, within 30 days of purchase.
To return a supplement, you must first obtain a Return Authorization # (please request one at support@hormonesbalance.com).
Our support team will provide you with the return shipping address. Please be sure to include your RA# on the shipping label.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest that you obtain tracking and/or shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

SKINCARE RETURNS:

Here is what to do if your Wellena skincare products are not right for you:

1. Please email us at support@hormonesbalance.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will help you with the return process. 

2. If the package is completely unopened and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, you may "Return to Sender" using the sender address listed on the shipping label.

OR

If the package has been opened, the products are unopened/new and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, you may ship the package back to us, to the address below. In this case please make sure your order information is inside the box:

We will receive and process the package, then we will be in touch regarding your refund. Please note that we refund the price of the product, not the shipping costs.

3. If the package has been opened and the products have been used, no problem. Please contact us at support@hormonesbalance.com for return instructions before sending anything back to us.
