I'm sure this product is worth it's weight in gold, unfortunately it was just too much for my tummy. I have IBS and it just didn't suit me. However if you don't have IBS then I'm sure it will be fine. If you are reading this review from NZ please check Trade Me in a day or so as I will be listing my bottle on there as I only used 3 tablets :-)

This magnesium has been helpful to help me have better sleep at night although I have had to drink up to 6 or 7 to feel the effect of loose stool. I guess that’s how deficient I was.
