USA RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, Unopened / Sealed Products: We offer a 30-day return (from date of purchase) on any unopened Wellena products. Opened Products: May be returned, for store credit only, within 30 days of date of purchase. Final Sale or Free Gifts with Purchase: Products purchased as Final Sale or received for free are ineligible for return or exchange. How to Return a Product:

Returns are simple and easy at Wellena:

  1. To return a product, please email our team and let us know if it is a new / unopened item, or if it is an opened and used item. 
  2. Please write the RA#________on the outside of the shipping box. (The RA# is your order number)
  3. Please mail your authorized return to: Wellena Returns, RA#_______ c/o Viable Shipping 140 Taum Sauk Ct Leadington, MO 63601

**You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

**Please note: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest that you obtain tracking and/or shipping insurance, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
