  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We do our best to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. We use a 2-3 day shipping service.


    That being said, some shipping delays are beyond our control as they fall within the jurisdiction of the courier or postal service.  We are happy to help with any shipping inquiries at support@hormonesbalance.com. 

  • What is your return policy?

    We put lots of love into our Wellena skincare line, and we want you to love it as much as we do.


    Here is what to do if your Wellena skincare products are not right for you:


    1. Please email us at support@hormonesbalance.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will help you with the return process. 

    2. If the package is completely unopened and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, you may "Return to Sender" using the sender address listed on the shipping label.

    OR

    If the package has been opened, the products are unopened/new and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, you may ship the package back to us, to the address below. In this case please make sure your order information is inside the box:

  • How can I get the product if I live outside of the US?

    At this time we do not ship outside of the US. However, there are simple, budget-friendly services like MyUS.com that will forward our products to you in your country. Many of our customers use these services and feedback has been positive.


    Please note that you are responsible for knowing the laws of your own country. Some supplements may not be permitted in certain countries. For example, Progesterone is known to be regulated as a drug in Canada and other destinations.

  • What do you mean by "Pro-Aging"?

  • What makes this product hormone-friendly?

    Wellena skincare products are certified organic by the USDA, an organization known for its high standards in the cosmetics industry. Our products do not contain xenoestrogens / obesogens that interfere with your hormones.

  • Will this product work for rosacea, acne or psoriasis?

    Yes. Wellena skincare is suitable those who experience acne, rosacea or psoriasis. Our products are truly clean and organic and should not aggravate any skin disorders. Acne, rosacea and  psoriasis are conditions that can be caused by a variety of triggers. For these skin disorders it is recommended to follow an anti-inflammatory diet and use anti-inflammatory products on your skin. 

  • Are these skincare products non-comedogenic?

    "Non-comedogenic" is mostly is marketing term that is used in the skincare industry. There is no official standard to measure whether a product or ingredient will clog your pores. Wellena products contain certified organic oils that are known to be non-comedogenic, such as sunflower seed oil and shea butter. For acne, It is not always the best idea to dry out the skin. Sometimes it is simply a matter of applying the right oil or fatty acid to the problem area. Also drinking plenty of water and maintaining an anti-inflammatory diet.

  • Do your products contain sunscreen?

    When we developed the Wellena skincare line, our priority was to make our whole line USDA certified organic. In order to do so, we could not use Zinc Oxide (which is necessary for a sunscreen) because it is not considered an organic compound.  For a sunscreen product we recommend that you check the Environmental Working Group's Cosmetic Database  (EWG.org) and choose a product with a sufficient amount of zinc oxide that meets their "green light" requirements.

  • How do you preserve your skincare products?

    We do two things to preserve the product:


    1.  We use a small amount of ethanol (alcohol) that dissipates upon application and does not dry out the skin.


    2.  For our lotions and cleansers we use airless pump containers that prevent air exposure to the product.

  • How many times do I need to pump to dispense the product?

    There is no set number of times, but you might find initially that you need to prime the pump to get the product flowing. Please follow these steps: 


    1. Please ensure the lid/pump is secured tightly on the bottle. 


    2. Turn the bottle upside down and shake the product towards the top of the pump.


    3. Try to pump the bottle while upside down and continue to try to shake product to top of pump. Please try to use slow firm pumps. This is to the create suction needed to dispense the product.


    4. If these techniques do not create the suction, you can also try to place a small pin in the hole in the bottom of the bottle. GENTLY push upwards. This should bring the inner disc upward and close any air pocket. Continue to pump slowly and do not push too hard.


    This should resolve any pumping issues.
