How to use
1-2 Capsules per day

Recommended use: The recommended dose depends on your current level of Vitamin D3 which can be easily tested by your medical provider.

One capsule contains 5,000 IUs. For people with vitamin D3 levels lower than 60 ng/mL, we recommend taking 5,000 to 10,000 IUs per day (that’s 1 to 2 capsule) for 3 months or until replenishing to 60 ng/mL. Maintenance dose depends on daily sun exposure and season; 5,000 IUs 3 to 4 times per week may be sufficient.

Can be taken before or after meals.

Our Ingredients

Vitamin D3 (5,000 IU)(as Cholecalciferol), Vitamin K1 (as Phytonadine) and K2 as Menaquinone-7).

Other Ingredients: MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides), Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water.

Quality Check

A quality Vitamin D3 supplement should:
  • be suspended in oil/fat for optimal absorption
  • be in D3 form (cholecalciferol), not D2 (which is synthetic)
  • be manufactured in a GMP facility and be 3rd-party tested to confirm potency

"Even the most conservative doctors are now recommending D3 supplementation - that's telling.

Unless you can get full sun exposure year-long, supplementing with D3 will help your hormones, mood, hair, and sleep. As a fat-soluble vitamin, be sure to get your D3 suspended in oil form for best results."

Sunshine in a bottle

I notice when I’m out of D3 I feel like I’m in a slump in the winter. Once I start taking it again I am more focused and not foggy brained.

Vitamin d caps

I took this product in the past and appreciated the easy to swallow capsules. Felt like a high quality product. I haven’t yet started this bottle as I’m finishing a liquid version I bought from another company. The capsules are more convenient for me!

Giving it a try!

I’ve used the Magnesium Replenish for a long time now (and love it), so when my Dr suggested I take more vitamin D, this was my first choice! So far, so good!
