This magnesium gel has been a mainstay in my recovery from adrenal fatigue. Falling asleep is very difficult for me & I cannot tolerate too much magnesium Glycinate orally (causes too much diarrhea). So I apply this gel after rubbing coconut oil on my legs & arms (as a carrier oil). It works quickly, systemically, bypassing the gut. It’s sticky, but you can wash it off after 20-30 minutes.
Thank you for your review!
I like it the only thing is that It itches on my skin
Happy to hear you like the product! You may wish to try applying a carrier oil (such as coconut or castor oil) to the skin before applying Quick Magnesium. Also, you are welcome to wash off 20-30 minutes after application.
I love magnesium-malate!!! I can feel a very big difference if I skip it in the morning. It gives me a great start to my day and it helps with my mood especially during 10-7 day before my period. The better mood was an observation of my husband so the fact that he noticed a difference must be something to mention.
Hah! So it was beneficial for both you and your husband. =)
I got this for those random little aches & pains that pop up from time to time. My thumb was hurting, so I put some of this on and up my arm along the muscle/nerve line. Seemed to help lessen the discomfort. Not exactly sure how/when best to use this product. Would like to have had some protocol or recommendations of best practical use for this and the other supplements from Wellena I purchased.
Recommended Use: Massage into the arms and/or legs to provide a broad area for absorption or rub onto any tense muscle. The regular dosage is ¼ tsp, which is 150 mg per application. However, you can’t overdo this form of magnesium – so apply as much as you need and wherever you need it. It needs 20 minutes to get absorbed. If you find it too tingling, you can either combine it with any carrier oil (such as castor or coconut oil) or wash it off after 20 minutes. Many folks prefer to use this daily, rotating different body areas, as part of a nightly routine. Feel free to reach out to email@example.com with any further questions. =)
I am enjoying Mag Energy. I don’t take it every morning, just on the ones when I’m feeling a little draggy, and I do find that it helps perk me up.
We love this supplement as a pick me up too!
